Great Eric Ries video on The Lean Startup

I've been talking about Eric Ries here on this blog as well as in my classes and consulting for almost a year. Eric has been one of the leading evangelists for a new, productive way to think about entrepreneurship and startups. This video from this spring's O'Reilly Web 2.0 Expo captures Ries's thinking as of mid-2010. It's interesting how his thinking has evolved and matured in the year or so since he started talking about lean startups. He sounds many of the same themes that we have added to our entrepreneurship classes at Belmont University over the past year or 18 months.
